Two shops opposite each other on Cook Street Flinders offer everything you need, from beautiful miscellaneous homewares – think vintage wares, linens, hand-crafted pieces – to Red Hill Kitchen’s famed artisanal foods that you only get from simple traditional methods. Kathy and Bernie are the couple behind the business and their philosophy for Red Hill Kitchen has always been ‘simple food, cooked well’, but it is also their desire to employ and promote culinary methods that they believe are being lost, to our detriment, in this modern day. We take our hats off to both of them, they inspire us deeply.
