Candle Making Workshop at Red Hill Candle Co

Join the Red Hill Candle Co team in their Scent Lab located in Dromana on the Mornington Peninsula where you will get hands on and learn the basics of candle making. Their 90minute workshop is designed to be a fun memorable day out rather than a heavily detailed training on making candles. At the end of the workshop you will have designed and made two of your very own custom fragranced candles to take home.

Yabby Lake Single Clone Pinot Noir Selection Tastings

When our vineyard was planted in 1998, a range of different clones of pinot noir and chardonnay were chosen for their suitability to individual parts of the site. This has resulted in a complex array of distinct parcels of fruit, each with individual personalities. For example, some clones are characterised by their delicate lifted perfume, and others for their intensity and concentration, or exceptional structure.

Finesse Catering Group

Brad and Roong Holtz of Finesse Catering Group are a formidable team. Passionate, creative and classically trained, their worlds collided when Brad attended one of Roong’s cooking classes in Chiang Mai in northern Thailand, where Roong taught tourists and professional chefs the art of traditional Thai cooking. At the time Brad was working as a chef on small private yachts in Alaska and Mexico but they found a way to be together, moving to the Mornington Peninsula in 2007.

Zac and Jacqui Poulier, established Stillwater at Crittenden in 2004. Both have extensive culinary experience in Melbourne, and around the world. After working and travelling the world together, they returned to the Pen and the rest as they say is history.
