Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide from our studio in Red Hill South, Victoria, Australia.

All parcels sent by Australia Post are registered Express Post parcels, they require a signature upon receipt. All international parcels are also tracked and require a signature upon receipt.

I’ve ordered a book, when will my order be sent?

All books are dispatched within 24 hours of the order being received. They are carefully packaged by hand and then sent to you.

Delivery Estimates (within Australia)

Please note: Your book will be sent within 24 hrs of receiving your order via Express Post

  • Extra Cover, Signature on Delivery and Email Track Advice will be available to you and Tracking is included
  • Saturday delivery available for Express Post parcels sent on Fridays within Saturday delivery areas.
  • Saturday delivery is only available if you post your item on a Friday to, and from, an address within the same state in our Express Post delivery network and meet the Express Post Saturday delivery service conditions.

Delivery Estimates (International)

Please note: Your book will be sent within 24hrs of receiving your order via International Express. You can trust International Express for delivery in 2 to 4 business days to metro areas of major cities. We’ll keep you updated with SMS and email notifications along the way, and get a signature at the other end.

  • UK Delivery: 4 Business Days
  • USA Delivery: 4 Business Days
  • NZ Delivery: 3 Business Days
  • China/HKG Delivery: 4 Business Days
  • Singapore Delivery: 2 Business days

Can I track my item?

Yes. Once we have posted your item, we will send you a courtesy email that includes your tracking information so you can follow its journey.

I ordered from your shop but I haven’t received any email updates?

All emails will be sent to your PayPal address – check their first for order confirmations and updates. If you still can’t find anything please email info@lovethepen.com.au and you’ll hear from us asap.

Returns Policy for Book

  • If your purchase has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims.
  • If you are not happy with your purchase we need to be notified within 7 days of you receiving the goods. Please email info@lovethepen.com.au for assistance.
  • If you change your mind, exchanging goods and refunding goods is at the discretion of us here at Love the Pen.
  • Books will not be refunded for change of mind.
