Sam Coverdale began the Polperro wine brand by creating drinkable, balanced and elegant wines in 2006. Polperro has now turned into a full blooded experience with a cellar door, a cracking bistro and a cosy place to stay in an incredible part of the Pen called Red Hill.

The cellar door and bistro are nestled amongst vines and shaded by ancient Angophora trees on a 25 acre property. The deck is massive with classic views and north facing sun rays that will bathe you in Springs glory whilst you dig into a menu full of modern flair. Head chef Daniel Kerekes changes the menu almost weekly to ensure seasonality, featuring freshly picked ingredients from the on-site produce garden. Food is made in-house right down to the dressings, pickles or desserts. To us Polperro looks and feels like what a great Spring day feels to all – unreal!
