Will you keep my details private?

Without hesitation, we are 110% committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and you will not receive marketing emails from us just because you have placed an order in the past.

This website uses Google Analytics to record basic information about your usage anonymously, such as the type of operating system and browser used, the date, time and duration of the visit and the number of pages viewed. This information provides Love with the Pen with a better understanding of how users interact with this website. All activity falls within the bounds of Google Analytics Terms of Service. When you subscribe to our newsletter, submit a comment on a post, or advertise with us in the blog sidebar, your name and email address are collected. This information shall never be sold or distributed to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law. When you access the LTP Website, LTP may collect personal information about you in the form of:

  • the date and time of your visit;
  • the web pages on the LTP Website which you visited and documents you downloaded;

  • if you accessed the web site via a link from another site (such as a search engine), the address of the website you came from; and
  • your internet protocol address (IP address) and/or domain name.

LTP uses that information to assist in developing and operating the LTP Website.

Governing law

These terms of use are governed by and must be construed according to, the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
