A hop from the Peninsula’s anticipated luxury hotel, Jackalope, Willow Creek’s spiritual home will reopen on 01 March, completely reimagined as Rare Hare Wine & Food Store.
With indoor and outdoor tables for 90 tails, Rare Hare is a restaurant, wine bar and produce store – destination dining, with a devil-may-care air.
Ahead of Rare Hare’s official opening, you are invited to join us at a series of preview dinners. Enjoy four courses, served share-style, matched with a divine line-up of Willow Creek Vineyard’s wines.
Rare Hare’s food is honest, generous and earthy. Executive Chef, Guy Stanaway, cooks with a good dose of curiosity and brings a tempting balance of heat, acidity, depth of flavour, and texture to each plate.
This promises to be a sumptuous evening of daring food and wine pairings.
