Following a morning truffle hunt at Red Hill Truffles, meet French chef and truffle expert Romuald. Romus experience with truffles comes from his time at the Michelin Star Parisian restaurant La Truffire, and since moving to Australia he has worked for both Jacques Reymond and Frank Camora.

Now offering his services as a private chef, Romuald insists on working with the highest quality, seasonal produce. Cook and taste some delicious truffle inspired dishes and take home an apron as a reminder of your day.
