‘Sanctuary & Place’ represents how our environment can convey the emotion of feeling through our surroundings. The landscape around the Mornington Peninsula can dramatically change. There is a sense of harshness while also a sense of calm. The beauty of colour & light is portrayed through Janine’s artwork which evokes an emotion of safety & serenity. Processing the last three years in our world, from politics, the environment, racial & feminine issues, the landscape around the Mornington Peninsula has given Janine inspiration & passion, which has been needed in a world where at times, has felt uncertain.

Join us for opening drinks with the artist, 3pm – 5pm Saturday 3rd September.
