Usually, when we celebrate, we all likely have one thing in common: Champagne – the universal drink of celebration.

What’s in a name? In the case of Tattinger (pronounced Tet-ahn-zhay), quite a lot to many who enjoy a glass or two of the nearly 300-year-old Champaign house’s sparkling wine.

A rare evening is upon us at Lancemore Lindenderry, Red Hill. On Friday, April 01, a lucky few sybarites will indulge in a seven-course menu designed to complement the eight cuvées from Champagne Taittinger, including the highly prized, limited 2008 Comtes de Champagne.

LLRH award-winning Executive Chef Diego Cossio will prepare the menu. He has created a delectable one-night-only menu that will be an unforgettable culinary experience.

To add to this stylishly decadent evening, MD and Brand Ambassador Clovis Taittinger will be live streaming you on a unique journey through the history and wines of his prestigious, much-loved family-owned champagne house.

Accommodation: Combine your evening with an overnight stay at the hotel with a limited number of rooms available for the night, at $500 per room, per night
