“Christmas in July is back at Barmah Park!

Pull out those Christmas sweaters and step into our cosy restaurant for an afternoon or evening of festivities from Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th July. 

Our specially curated menu and winter warmer cocktail list, alongside a full venue restyling will take you to your holiday-happy-place.


You will be presented with a glass of Barmah Park mulled wine or warm spiced cider upon arrival before indulging in a 3-course Christmas inspired menu showcasing both estate-grown and local seasonal produce.

 
ENTREE
Caramelised golden beetroot bake, macadamia Camembert, warm spiced cranberries, roast chestnuts, winter leaves.
Cured kingfish, pickled fennel, myrtle cream, cucumber relish, smoked caviar, organic buckwheat blini.
Baked Sothern Rock Lobster cocktail, Skull Island Tiger prawns, avocado cream, celeriac, bronze fennel.
Slow roast heritage pork belly, apricot stuffing, crispy sage, organic apple cider sauce.
MAIN
Wild mushroom chestnut roast, caramelised Torello pumpkin, cranberries, cauliflower blossoms, Madeira sauce.
Coral trout wellington, tarragon stuffing, champagne sauce, shiraz caviar, winter greens.
Roast dry aged rib of beef MB5+, Yorkshire pudding, crispy sprouts, Tyabb horseradish propper gravey.

Local winter fruits Poached in warm  mulled wine, mince pie crumble, boysenberry sorbet.
Barmah’s boozy gingerbread trifle;  caramel custard, amaretto sponge, caramelised pears, sparkling ginger jelly, butterscotch ice cream, gingerbread crumble.
Illawarra plum Christmas pudding, spiced Bass & Flinders brandy, mandarin custard.
Chocolate hazlenut Affogato; espresso, hazelnut ice cream, dark chocolate, mandarin, Frangelico, hazelnut truffle
