At the heart of Biji Dining is the dynamic husband-and-wife duo, Harry Mangat and Sandy Soerjadhi. Embark on a culinary adventure with them at Avani Winery, where their trailblazing spirits and humble approach blend with experiences from renowned culinary luminaries such as Raymond Capaldi, Rosheen Kaul, Ross Magnaye, and Thi Lee.

Biji Dining began as a heartfelt project in Harry and Sandy’s home kitchen, evolving into a journey filled with rich collaborations and encounters with some of the finest chefs, farmers, winemakers, and artisans. This venture is more than just about creating food; it’s a celebration of shared experiences and culinary exploration.

Harry’s deep connection to his grandmother’s kitchen in India serves as the soul of Biji Dining. Here, every dish is a homage to her natural talent and loving dedication, infused with a sophistication that transcends time. The menu at Biji Dining is a testament to this lineage, offering flavours that are both humble and imaginative, authentic yet refined.
