Mind and Body by the Lake at Crittenden

In collaboration with The Self Project and Be Yogalates, this thoughtfully curated wellness experience is designed to help you slow down, reset and reconnect. Led by Physiotherapist Lisa Wilson, the morning includes guided mindful movement, restorative breathwork and a deeply immersive sound bath set beside the vineyard lake.

You will explore creative ways to incorporate unusual botanicals such as grasses, fruit, and vegetables, and learn how to bring texture and interest into your designs. Domenica will also share practical tips on photographing your finished piece, helping you capture your work beautifully.
