Zac and Jacqui Poulier, established Stillwater at Crittenden in 2004. Both have extensive culinary experience in Melbourne, and around the world. After working and travelling the world together, they returned to the Pen and the rest as they say is history.

Stillwater at Crittenden is a multi award winning restaurant experience. The menu showcases local produce with a focus on fresh, seasonal and free-range ingredients. Naturally, their delicacies are designed to be enjoyed with a glass of the Peninsula’s finest wines, from one of the first major vineyards in the region. The lake, vines and manicured lawns provide a picture-perfect backdrop for diners – it’s not hard to see why they are especially sought after for weddings. Spring to Stillwater is all about the outdoors, it’s about walking around the beautiful grounds and taking in the views across the lake or joining with friends to enjoy their iconic events or family days.
