There is a place on the Mornington Peninsula where its waters have been likened to a healing centre, a place of calm and contemplation, where the difficulties of living can be alleviated or resolved and the associated ailments of the body can be provided with relief.

It’s safe to say that its one of our favourite spots and know to many others as the Peninsula Hot Springs. Located amongst a beautiful part of the Pen called The Cups the hot springs have grown to become one of the most recognised and awarded attractions in Australia. The thermal spring water found at the Peninsula Hot Springs contains naturally occurring minerals including sulphur, calcium, magnesium and potassium. The therapeutic benefits of the mineral springs include the alleviation of bruising, rheumatism, stiffness of shoulders, recovery from fatigue and muscular complaints. The fauna and flora surrounding the hot springs pools is an attraction in itself and an integral part of the experience.
