On Friday and Saturday nights we now have a degustation menu. Choose from five or eight courses with an option of matched wines. Larger windows in the dining room allow you to look down into the winery where it all happens. Lindsay McCall and his team have just celebrated their 30th vintage. The vines are now resting in the autumn mists, and the vintage 2017 wines are tucked away in barrels and tanks, awaiting racking and blending over winter and spring.
