Now is the time to venture to Paringa Estate, to sample their new vintages from their cellar door with spectacular views over the vineyard.

New to Paringa Estate is the arrival of chef Simon Tarlington and new sommelier from hatted farm-to-table diner Highline at the Railway Hotel, Windsor. Simon has introduced a four or six course degustation with local produce being championed. The cellar has also been expanded to include new Burgundies and a greater selection of wine from other Mornington Peninsula wineries along with Paringa’s own award winning wines – very handy.

Paringa Estate is proud of its food and wine offering – since 2013 it has received consecutive Chef’s Hats in the Age Good Food Guide, and numerous wine awards, which make it one of the premier food and wine experiences in the region. The restaurant and cellar door has spectacular views over the vineyard and valley, and windows which look down into the winery.
