Step away from the midweek pace and spend a restorative morning by the lake at Crittenden.
In collaboration with The Self Project and Be Yogalates, this thoughtfully curated wellness experience is designed to help you slow down, reset and reconnect. Led by Physiotherapist Lisa Wilson, the morning includes guided mindful movement, restorative breathwork and a deeply immersive sound bath set beside the vineyard lake.
After time spent nurturing the mind and body, we gather at Crittenden Restaurant for a relaxed two-course lunch with a glass of wine overlooking the water.
Please note this is a weather-permitting event. In the event of rain, the experience will be postponed or refunded.
