Hear about our Chef’s obsession with all things Citrus! In this class you will learn about what’s in season and the different types of citrus available. We will take you through how to maximise citrus at this optimal time of the year, as well as preserving techniques so you can enjoy them later on. You will also be shown how to work with Japanese yuzu, which is similar to a cumquat and is considered the creme de la creme of citrus.
