Georgie Bass hosts monthly dinners showcasing the regions finest produce. Sold out well in advance with a very popular local cult following, the ‘pop up style’ menu allows award wining Head Chef Michael Cole to use the freshest ingredients, in most cases caught or foraged by him & his team team of talented chefs.

In conjunction with Truffle Melbourne, our monthly Friday Nights @ Georgie’s dinners are shifting up a level on Friday 23rd June, with a 6-course pop up style menu incorporating some of the Mornington Peninsula’s best land and sea ingredients, complimented by magnificent Red Hill Truffles.
